The
Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley is a trade
Association, chartered in 1946, to serve the needs of
the building industry professionals in St. Joseph County.
Membership benefits include:
Automatic enrollment in the Indiana Builders Association
and the National Association of Home Builders. An expanded
partnership between industry peers.
Regular monthly meetings. A forum for the exchange of
ideas through programs and networking. Dues include
the member’s meal at each function. Guests are
always welcome.
The Right Angle, a local monthly newsletter. "At-a-glance"
information about Association activities and members.
State and National monthly publications. Building industry
news across the state and the nation.
An Association Office, staffed by a full time Executive
Officer. Ongoing membership services and coordination
of Association activities.
A yearly Association Directory, available exclusively
to members. A "business resource" handbook which
classifies members by product and/or service.
Advertising opportunities, throughout the year. Cost-effective
industry and community exposure through Association-sponsored
publications, media campaigns and events.
Seminars and conferences held at local, state and national
levels. The latest education available regarding building
industry issues.
Single-site PANORAMA OF HOMES and scattered site BUILDERS
SHOWCASE OF HOMES. Events to promote area housing developments
and the new construction industry in the Michana community.
Builders Political Action Committee. Local, state and
national involvement; full time state and national lobbyists
who monitor, and act on, legislation that impacts the
building industry.
Associates Council. Actively promotes Associate membership
and involvement. Sponsors ongoing events including Associates
Recognition Tabletop Night, Associates Spotlight and "Do
Business With A Member" campaign.
