Since 1946, the Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley has been:
A resource to public officials in establishing policies relating to housing,
A provider to its membership of educational, social, and political services and other business benefits,
A positive presence in the community, continuing to protect and promote the American dream of homeownership for all people.
The Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley was founded in 1946 as a not-for-profit organization. Our members are involved in a variety of ways in the home building industry‚ as builders, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and more. We represent the interests of our membership in local, state and national affairs.
The Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley serves its membership and the community through education, business opportunities, leadership, government and legislative representation, community services, public relations, social activities and a forum for the exchange of ideas and products. Our principle goals are to serve as the voice of the building industry, promote affordable quality housing and home ownership, and provide meaningful services and support to our membership and the community.

Government Affairs
The members of this committee provide political and legislative involvement in local government. They represent the HBA on issues and opportunities that impact the building industry in our community.
Associates Council
The Associates Council coordinates the annual calendar and programming for General Membership Meetings, educational opportunities and other special events. They also plan for community service initiatives and establish our annual scholarship review board.
Member Engagement
This team identifies, recruits and welcomes new members. They create positive engagement and connections for our members to do business together.
